Mr. Pramod B. Sethi – CEO
& Managing Director

Mr. Pramod founded Kalpataru in
April 1994, with a focus on consultancy for high-end database systems. He is a
graduate from IIT Bombay, a postgraduate in management from Jamnalal Bajaj,
Bombay, majoring in Operations Management. He started his career in systems and
software development, moved on to product management and then to the technical
aspects of database design and tuning. He looks after the day to day operations
with direct contribution to domain knowledge and marketing. He has solid
strengths in the application of domain knowledge, based on a sound techno
commercial understanding of customer needs and business.
Mr. Prashant B. Sethi – COO
& President

Mr. Prashant is a graduate from Government Engineering College, Aurangabad majoring in
Computer Science & Engineering, a postgraduate in management from Welingkar
Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai University specialized in
Finance. He has a good exposure to the finance sector, particularly the mutual
fund industry, worked as Fund Manager with leading Mutual Funds of the country. Based on his deep knowledge of
securities and the financial sector, he contributes to domain knowledge, the
quality aspects of software and solutions provided by the Company.
